Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to our website and the travel services we arrange.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to the travel services arranged by WAYPOINT360 FZ-LLC ("WAYPOINT360", "we", "us"), based at RAKEZ Business Zone, Al Nakheel Area, P.O. Box 10055, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Our role
We arrange flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas and other travel services. In most cases we act as an intermediary between you and independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, tour and cruise operators, car rental companies and rail operators. Those suppliers provide the services, and their own terms and conditions apply to them.
Quotes and bookings
- Quote requests made through this website are enquiries. They are not bookings and do not create a contract.
- A quote is based on availability and supplier pricing at the time it is prepared. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
- A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing and the payment or deposit we ask for has been received.
- Please check every name, date and detail on your confirmation. Names must match the traveler's passport or travel document exactly.
Payments
The price, what it includes, the payment methods and when payment is due will be set out in your quote or confirmation. Some suppliers require payment in full at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the airline or supplier, and many fares and rates are restricted or non-refundable. Supplier charges may apply, and we may charge a service fee for handling a change or cancellation, which we will tell you about before we act. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel.
Travel documents and visas
You are responsible for having valid passports, visas, health certificates and any other documents required for your journey, including for any transit countries. We can assist with visa applications, but we cannot guarantee that a visa or travel authorization will be approved, or how long it will take.
Travel insurance
We recommend that you take out travel insurance that suits your trip, covering cancellation, medical costs and personal belongings.
Responsibility for suppliers
We choose suppliers with reasonable care, but we do not operate their services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service quality or other acts or failures of airlines and other independent suppliers. Where a supplier is responsible to you, you may need to claim from that supplier under its terms.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for the services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failing to perform, or for delays in performing, our obligations because of events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, border closures, health emergencies or airspace restrictions.
Business services
Corporate travel management, IT and digital services, and outsourcing and business support are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal agreed with you. If there is a conflict, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
Using this website
- Please provide accurate information in our forms and do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it without permission, or copy its content or design without our written consent.
- The content, design and logo on this website belong to WAYPOINT360 or its licensors.
- We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction there, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
